- The replacement request must be raised within 24 hours after getting the delivery.
- Refund is only applicable to the cancelled order items due to product unavailability.
REQUIREMENT FOR A VALID RETURN:
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, original receipt, and video / photo of the items etc)
- The reason for return must be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below)
- If you find any item missing, or if anything is damaged, please immediately return the package to our delivery agent. After you accept the package, we are unable to receive claims for missing, wrong or defective items.
VALID CONDITIONS AND REASONS TO RETURN AN ITEM (General):
- Delivery of wrong product
- Delivery of defective product
- Delivery of the products with missing parts
CANCELLATION & REFUND DUE TO PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY:
- Delivery of the ordered items is subject to the availability of the products at our warehouse. Yanvisolar.com authority may cancel any order within 4 to 25 working days if the stock of the ordered items item(s) is temporarily unavailable.
- If the customer agrees to wait for the availability of the stock of the product(s), the order may remain in open/processing/hold status for a maximum of 21 working days.
- In the case of clause (a), if the customer has already made an advance payment or online payment against the order, the customer will receive a full refund within 7-14 working days.
- After confirming any Order, if the order is cancelled by the customer and online payment is already made by the customer against that order, Yanvisolar.com will investigate reason for cancellation and will process for refund.
- 100% Advance payment is required for the delivery of bulk products / orders. We may cancel any order if the advance payment is not made by the customer for such orders.
RETURN/REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE MAY NOT APPLY IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
• Damages due to misuse of the product
• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
• Any consumable item which has been used or installed
• Products with tampered status or defected status
• Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

- Free Shipping on 400 AED or above-purchased value across all cities in the U.A.E. except some Remote /Non-service areas.
- An additional charge for Remote/Non-service areas depends on area or case to case with below 2000 AED purchased value
- Express Delivery charge is 50 AED within covered areas, the package will receive within 2-3 working days.
- Any order below AED 400 there will be 20 AED delivery charges.
- Normal Delivery within Dubai Covered Areas will be within 5-7 working days.
- Normal Delivery within Abu Dhabi and other parts of emirates it will be within 7-10 working days.
- During the Sale, period Delivery may take 7 to 10 Working Days for Dubai and 10-12 Days for Abu Dhabi and other parts of emirates.
- All Bulk orders purchased delivery will be covered in 21-30 working days.

I placed an order today. When can I expect my shipment?
Your delivery schedule will depend on the product and the time that you placed your order. Go to the Orders section under My Account or click on the order number in your Order Confirmation email to check on the status of your delivery.
What if I miss a delivery?
If you are not at home, our delivery partner will call you and request you to reschedule your delivery. Simply call our Customer Support team or email us and we’ll schedule another delivery date and time that suits you better.
